| weakness = * Technically, the Interfaith Council is a group of religious leaders who gather monthly to have tea and talk about interfaith cooperation and kindness. They don't get much done on that count.
* Most of the leaders are governed by a code of ethics that requires them to help anyone who asks - even if that person is Evil. Whether you view this as a true weakness is up to you.
* Most of the organizations to which they belong are either large and bureaucratic, or tiny and unconnected. Either way, that provides limitations on their ability to act.
* Lack of funding
